Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, now the special counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation, once teamed up with Hunter’s late brother, Beau Biden, on a big fraud case in 2010. Weiss, who was then serving as acting Delaware U.S. Attorney, joined forces with Beau, who was the Democratic Delaware Attorney General. Together, they took on the state’s largest healthcare provider, Christiana Care Health System, and managed to secure a $3.3 million settlement after the provider was found guilty of misappropriating federal and state healthcare funds.

Now, isn’t that an interesting bit of information? It seems like Weiss and the Bidens have a bit of history together. And speaking of the Bidens, it wouldn’t come as a surprise if Weiss bumped into Joe Biden himself around Delaware. After all, everyone seems to know everyone in that state.
