Pelosi & Schumer Attack Trump For Trading Card Announcement

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, two of the Democrats in the House of Representatives, referred to Donald Trump as a child who needed "a family intervention."

According to Chuck, Pelosi was able to handle Trump during his time in office due to her instincts as a mother and his tendency to act like a child.

"In an interview with CNN, Chuck stated that Pelosi was able to handle Trump because she had raised five children herself during her early life."

During a joint interview with CNN, Pelosi referred to Trump as an insane person. She also claimed that he needed a family intervention.

During the interview, "Pelosi stated that Trump needed a family intervention. She also claimed that he was not at the level he needed to be."

During the interview, the two discussed their first meeting with Trump and the events that occurred during the Capitol Hill riot on January 6, 2021. In October, footage of the incident was released, which showed the Democratic leaders calling for help as they were being escorted away from the rioters.

According to Chuck, he was able to reach out to Jeffrey Rosen, the acting attorney general, after his cellphone service failed.

During the interview, Pelosi also revealed that they had also contacted former Vice President Mike Pence and military leaders.

"It's really a tragedy that they didn't send the National Guard sooner," Pelosi said.

Three days later, the calls were made. Trump was considering replacing Rosen with Jeffrey Clark, but he was told that if he did, top Justice Department officials, such as Rosen, would resign.

The interview with the two Democrats was conducted as they prepare for the Republicans to take back the House of Representatives in the upcoming January elections. Although Pelosi's reign as the first female House speaker ended, she has not resigned from Congress. As for Chuck, he is still the Senate majority leader, and he has maintained his position as an ally of Pelosi in the House.

In 2024, both of the Democrats' leaders supported the possibility of a re-election bid for Joe Biden. According to Pelosi, she believed that Biden had a great vision for the country and was capable of handling the challenges that people face.

In addition to his vision and knowledge, she also believed that Biden was a great president. She praised him for his ability to connect with people.

Following the release of the CNN poll, which found little support for a potential rematch between Biden and Trump in 2020, the statements from both of the Democrats' leaders came as a surprise. According to the survey, around 6 in 10 Republicans and independents would like to see a different candidate as the party's nominee in 2024. 59% of Democrats and independents said they want to see a different candidate.

Trump made his third bid for the White House during his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida last month. Although Biden has not officially announced his intention to run for president in 2020, he has been making appearances.
