Prague Gunman’s Deadly Rampage Distracted by Fearless Hero: A Wake-Up Call on Gun Control?

In a shocking turn of events, a fearless man was captured on video shouting, “Shoot here, you f–ker!” in an attempt to distract the Prague gunman as he carried out a deadly rampage. The chilling footage obtained by The Sun reveals Czech student David Kozak, 24, mercilessly firing a high-powered ZEV-30 rifle from his sniper’s nest at the Charles University’s Faculty of Arts building, claiming the lives of at least 14 individuals and leaving 25 others wounded.

Despite the heroic efforts of the man below, the ruthless gunman continued to rain down bullets on his terrified targets. The valiant individual desperately tried to alert law enforcement to the shooter’s precise location, but his efforts were in vain as the gunman’s unrelenting assault persisted.

Tragically, the history student met his end in what authorities believe was a suicide following the deadliest mass shooting in the Czech Republic. This heinous act was preceded by the suspected murder of a 32-year-old man and his 2-month-old daughter in a seemingly random attack a week earlier.

In a heartbreaking development, Lenka Hlavkova, the head of the Institute of Musicology at the university’s Faculty of Arts, was among the victims, leaving behind two young sons. Police Chief Martin Vondrasek revealed that Kozak, a student at Charles University, had no prior criminal record and was considered an outstanding student in the philosophy department.

Disturbing information from a social network account linked to the shooter suggested that he may have been inspired by a terrorist attack in Russia. Troubling posts including expressions of hatred toward the world and intentions to inflict as much pain as possible have further shed light on the motive behind this senseless act of violence.
