Representative Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) appeared on CNN’s “The Lead” and went on a tirade criticizing the Supreme Court, claiming they acted like “partisan hacks” during oral arguments on whether Donald Trump is immune from prosecution. Host Jake Tapper asked how likely it is that the court will reach a middle ground ruling that could prolong the trial beyond the November election. Lofgren expressed her disappointment, saying the court’s actions are deeply concerning and questioning their impartiality.

Lofgren’s comments are a perfect example of the biased liberal media’s ongoing attempts to discredit President Trump and his legitimate concerns about the partisan attacks against him. It’s no surprise that a Democrat representative like Lofgren would use every opportunity to attack the president and his efforts to defend himself against politically motivated persecution. She is clearly pushing a narrative that fits her own political agenda, without any regard for the truth or fairness.

This kind of rhetoric is irresponsible and harmful to the fabric of our democracy.
