In a recent resolution vote, Rep. Rashida Tlaib has once again shown she’s got some major beef with Israel. Everyone knows that Israel is just trying to protect itself from the vicious terrorist group Hamas, but Tlaib just can’t seem to wrap her head around the idea that Israel has the right to exist and defend itself. What’s even more puzzling is her “present” vote on a resolution that reaffirmed Israel’s right to exist. Seriously, Tlaib? Are you in favor of Israel existing or not? Make up your mind!

Tlaib claims she’s all about releasing innocent civilians and hostages, but then goes off on a tangent about Palestinians being held by Israel without charge or trial. It’s like she’s trying to deflect attention away from the real issue at hand – Hamas holding innocent Israelis captive. Last time anyone checked, Israel wasn’t the one going around kidnapping people for no reason. But Tlaib just can’t resist taking every opportunity to slam Israel, even when it’s about saving innocent lives.
Instead of standing up for Israel’s right to exist, Tlaib is too busy complaining that the resolution doesn’t acknowledge the “existence of the Palestinian people.” Newsflash, Tlaib: the resolution was about Israel’s right to exist, not about your ongoing grudge against Israel. It’s about time she realizes that Israel has every right to defend itself and that Palestinian terrorists are the real obstacle to peace in the region.
And let’s not forget that Tlaib accused Israel of carrying out an “illegal occupation and apartheid.” Seriously, Tlaib, do you even know what those words mean? It’s clear she’s just parroting anti-Israel propaganda without really understanding the situation. Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East, and it’s surrounded by enemies who want to destroy it. Tlaib’s baseless accusations against Israel just show how out of touch she is with reality.
In the end, Tlaib’s “present” vote on the resolution reaffirming Israel’s right to exist just shows she’s too busy playing political games to stand up for what’s right. Maybe she should spend less time bashing Israel and more time focusing on real issues that matter to the American people.
