Trump vindicated and Obama officials implicated in Crossfire Hurricane scandal

Former President Donald Trump wasted no time in blasting the FBI after Special Counsel John Durham’s long awaited report on the origins of Crossfire Hurricane was finally released yesterday afternoon. And of course, he had some strong words.

Trump was quick to highlight the findings of Durham’s report, which showed that the FBI broke protocols and abused its power in investigating the 2016 Trump campaign, despite there being no evidence of wrongdoing. The former President didn’t hold back, calling out those who he believes are scamming the American public and preventing “GREATNESS for AMERICA!”

But it’s not just the FBI that comes under scrutiny in the report; Obama administration officials were also implicated in launching the investigation that was cooked up by the Clinton campaign. Durham’s findings reveal that neither the US nor the Intelligence Community had any actual evidence of collusion at the commencement of the investigation, and that the FBI had no information in its holdings suggesting that anyone in the Trump campaign had been in contact with any Russian intelligence officials.

It’s a shocking revelation, but not entirely surprising given the anti-Trump bias that’s been evident within the FBI for some time now. With Durham’s report now in the public domain, it’s clear that the American public has been scammed, and that those who’ve been pushing the Trump-Russia collusion narrative have been doing so without any credible evidence to back it up.

It’s a disgrace that such blatant abuse of power was allowed to go unchecked for so long, and it’s only through the work of dedicated investigators like Durham that the truth has been revealed. The American people deserve better than this, and it’s time for those responsible for this witch hunt to be held accountable for their actions. With the 2024 presidential race on the horizon, the need for transparency and honesty in our institutions has never been greater. Let’s hope that we learn from the mistakes of the past and work towards a brighter future for our great nation.
