Retired wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan has made a spiritual splash, announcing on social media that he was recently baptized at a church in Florida. In a video accompanying his announcement, Hogan can be seen wearing all white, including his trademark head scarf and a large silver cross, as he is lowered into the water by a pastor. After emerging from the baptismal waters, the 70-year-old icon gave the pastor a bear hug, showcasing the same muscular arms that once sent opponents crashing to the mat in the wrestling ring. Hogan described his baptism as a “total surrender and dedication to Jesus” and proclaimed it as “the greatest day of my life.”
In a previous post on the social media platform, Hogan shared his faith journey with his followers. He revealed that he had accepted Christ at the age of 14 and credited his faith for sustaining him throughout his career as a professional wrestler. With his newfound connection to God, Hogan declared himself to be “the Real Main Event” and expressed confidence in his ability to overcome any challenge through the power of his Lord and Savior.

Hogan’s wife, Sky Daily Hogan, also participated in the baptism ceremony, with both her husband and the pastor assisting in submerging her under the water.
