President Joe Biden has once again shown his true colors by opposing an immigration bill that would keep public schools from being turned into immigrant shelters. Classic Biden move, right? Always putting the interests of illegal immigrants before the safety and education of our own children. Well, lucky for us, the White House issued a statement saying that the bill, known as the Schools Not Shelters Act, is just a case of federal overreach. Finally, someone in the administration is standing up for the rights of states and municipalities to govern themselves!

The statement went on to say that the bill would interfere with the ability of states and municipalities to make decisions about their own school buildings. It’s about time someone put a stop to this nonsense. We can’t have noncitizens running amok in our schools, taking up precious resources and potentially putting our children at risk. It’s bad enough that Biden’s lax border policies have already allowed over 5.5 million illegal immigrants into the country since he took office. Now he wants to let them into our schools too?
Luckily, there are still some rational voices in Congress who understand the importance of protecting our children. Representative John Rose, a Republican from Tennessee, spoke out in support of the bill, pointing out that housing illegal immigrants on school campuses puts children in danger. He also criticized elected officials who prioritize illegal immigrants over the education of American children. It’s refreshing to see someone speaking the truth for once.
In the end, it’s clear that Biden’s failure to secure the southern border is having disastrous consequences. We need to bring back the border wall and reinstate the Remain in Mexico program to get control of the situation. It’s not rocket science, folks. We just need a president who actually cares about the safety and well-being of the American people. Unfortunately, all we’ve got is Bidenomics and Biden-gration, and both are failing us miserably.
