The Biden Administration is once again trying to disarm Americans. In Montana, the IRS seized the records of a gun store owner after a massive armed raid. According to Tom Van Hoose who owns Highwood Creek Outfitters in Great Falls, about 20 agents showed up at his store at around 7:30 in the morning. He said that they took 30 minutes to operate and made one sale.
According to Van Hoose, the search was likely triggered by the style of weapons Americans have and how the press is against them. He also stated that the current administration is hell-bent on taking guns away from the average citizen. In response to the growing concerns about the Biden administration's efforts to restrict Americans' Second Amendment rights, Austin Knudsen, the Republican Attorney General of Montana, told Breitbart that he is outraged by the actions of the government.
In response to the IRS's request for records related to firearm purchases, Knudsen noted that these documents aren't financial records but records of lawful transactions. He claims that the Biden administration is trying to get its hands on many of these records through the ATF in Washington.

Knudsen stated that the ATF is trying to collect as much information as possible about the purchases made by gun owners. He claims that this is a clear example of the government's efforts to target American gun owners. He also claims that the tactics used by the government are part of a wider campaign to eliminate the PLCAA.
According to Knudsen, Biden is trying to force states to adopt red flag laws and close gun shops in order to seize firearms without following due process. This is an anti-gun administration that has gone too far. Due to the Democrats taking power, Americans are going to have a hard time defending their Second Amendment rights.
