Congressional Delegate Stacey Plaskett, the liberal Democrat from the US Virgin Islands, had a Freudian slip during an interview on MSNBC Sunday when she suggested that former President Donald Trump should be shot. Thank goodness she corrected herself quickly. However, Plaskett’s sentiment is not surprising given the liberal’s disdain for law and order and their love for violence. Furthermore, her suggestion is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and even dangerous.

During the interview, Plaskett also made baseless accusations against Republicans, suggesting that they are the sole reason for Americans’ mistrust in the FBI and Department of Justice under the Biden administration. Plaskett recklessly stated that GOP propaganda is responsible for the so-called “two-tiered system” which, according to her, allows Republicans to get away with more than everyday Americans. Talk about absurdity!
Plaskett’s comments just show the two-faced nature of the Democrats. They claim to be against violence but their leaders continue to make violent and inflammatory statements against their opposition. They claim to want unity, yet they use divisive and accusatory language, dividing the nation even further. Their political rhetoric and propaganda attempt to brainwash Americans into believing that they are the only solution to our country’s problems. However, their actions speak louder than their words.
The truth is that President Trump never shared any classified information with Russians or any other unauthorized third parties, unlike the Clintons and Democrats. Also, Americans have every right to be concerned about a former president having access to sensitive information. However, Plaskett’s reaction is not the answer to the problem. We need to trust the American justice system and believe in the principles of our democracy.
In conclusion, Plaskett’s comments were distressing and unacceptable. It’s time for Democrats to stop making baseless accusations and propagating lies about their opposition. We need to come together as a country and work towards a brighter future for all Americans, regardless of their political affiliation. It’s time to put aside the politics of hate and division and embrace the politics of unity and love.
