The border crisis is not just a crisis anymore- it’s catastrophic and it’s only getting worse. On “O’Connor Tonight” on Salem News Channel, John O’Connor interviewed Brandon Judd, President of the Border Patrol Council, and what he laid out was nothing short of horrific. In fact, Judd’s comments were so worrying that John O’Connor had to double-check with him to see if what he was saying was true.
Judd explained that if the Border Patrol was allowed to enforce the existing laws and secure the border, they would have the resources to stop the flow of fentanyl coming into the country. The problem, however, is that the Border Patrol is currently overwhelmed with processing the flood of illegal immigrants crossing the border. Judd then dropped a bombshell by saying that all it would really take to secure the border is a change in policy, not more taxpayer dollars for infrastructure and technology.

Judd believes that the policies put in place by President Trump during his term were sufficient to secure the border and that the current administration is ignoring those policies, despite knowing that they work. Judd has spoken with Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas and has explained to him exactly what needs to be done to secure the border, but Mayorkas has decided to ignore Judd’s advice.
It’s clear that the White House has been infiltrated by activists who want open borders and the chaos that comes with it. This is the reason why Mayorkas is ignoring the Border Patrol’s advice and why the crisis at the border continues to get worse. What the border patrol really wants is for the president to allow them to do their job and to enforce our laws, secure our border, and keep illegal immigrants from entering the country.
In conclusion, there’s no denying that the border crisis is catastrophic, and the current administration does not seem to care. Instead of listening to the experts on the ground, they are following the advice of activists who want open borders and chaos. It’s high time President Biden listens to the Border Patrol and enforces policies that will secure the border without costing taxpayers more money.
