In a statement that surely had the liberal left shaking in their boots, Governor Brian Kemp of Georgia boldly declared that he has not been presented with a single shred of evidence to support State Senator Moore’s claim of having the necessary majority for the impeachment of Willis. And thank goodness for that! We all know how the radical left loves to play fast and loose with the truth.

According to Garrison Douglas, an official spokesperson for Governor Kemp, there is absolutely no proof to back up Moore’s outrageous assertion. It seems like the state senator is just making empty promises and spreading baseless accusations to further his own political agenda. Typical.

In a letter to Governor Kemp, Moore stated his intention to call for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis. He even took to Twitter, of all places, to make his grand announcement. Moore seems to think that America is under attack and that he is some sort of hero bravely standing up against the so-called “radical left prosecutors.” Give us a break!
Now, let’s set the record straight. It is important to note that Moore’s claim of securing the support of “3/5 of each respective house” was nothing more than a figment of his imagination. In a clarifying statement, Moore admitted that he was mistaken and that he simply needed his colleagues to sign a letter. Well, Senator Moore, maybe you should spend more time gathering support and less time spreading false information.
Governor Kemp’s office, not wanting to engage in the theatrics of Moore’s baseless accusations, declined to comment further. This comes as no surprise considering the governor’s personal connection to the matter. It’s only right that he recuse himself from commenting. But let’s be clear, the governor’s silence doesn’t mean he’s hiding something, contrary to what the liberal media might want you to believe.
To add more fuel to the fire, Moore created an official petition demanding an investigation into the actions of District Attorney Fani Willis. He accused her of abusing her power by going after Trump. Well, it seems like Moore has forgotten that justice should be blind and impartial. Maybe he should focus on protecting the rights of all Georgians instead of playing partisan politics.
In the end, it’s clear that Moore’s attempt to stir up controversy and divide the state of Georgia is nothing more than a desperate political ploy. Governor Kemp and his team should be commended for not falling for these empty accusations. As Cody Hall, one of Kemp’s top aides, rightfully pointed out, we’ve heard this song and dance before. It’s just another attempt by the left to undo election results they didn’t like. Let’s not give in to their games and instead focus on moving Georgia forward.
