In a shocking turn of events, attorneys representing Hunter Biden have the audacity to pressure the Department of Justice (DOJ) to bring criminal charges against the brave whistleblowers who exposed the IRS’s politically motivated interference in his case. Can you believe the nerve of these lawyers? According to a report from the New York Times, these attorneys are trying to suppress the truth and bury any evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden.

The House Ways and Means Committee had the decency to vote in favor of disclosing the whistleblowers’ testimonies to the public back in June. These whistleblowers had legitimate concerns about the handling of the investigation into Hunter Biden’s tax evasion and shady business dealings. They were doing their patriotic duty by speaking out against potential corruption, only to face threats of prosecution from the Biden family’s legal team.
One of the whistleblowers, IRS veteran Gary Shapley, testified that the U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who is now a special counsel appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland, had made it clear that he wouldn’t be the one deciding whether to file charges. Talk about a lack of transparency and accountability! But that’s not all. It seems that Matthew Graves, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, had no intentions of indicting Hunter Biden for his most serious offenses. It’s as if there’s some kind of double standard when it comes to the Biden family.
Despite assurances from IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel that the whistleblowers would be protected from retaliation, Hunter Biden’s lawyers are shamelessly pressuring the DOJ to pursue criminal charges against them. It’s a desperate attempt to silence those who had the courage to speak out. But the truth must prevail, and these lawyers’ actions only further highlight their client’s guilt.
James Comer, the House Oversight Committee Chair, rightfully called out this blatant attempt at intimidation. He emphasized that the whistleblowers testified under oath and, therefore, deserve protection. Witness intimidation should never be tolerated, yet Hunter Biden’s legal team seems to have no qualms about resorting to such tactics.
But that’s not the end of it. These whistleblowers have also provided evidence of a WhatsApp message sent by Hunter Biden, where he threatened to “destroy” a Chinese business partner if he failed to provide payment. The message contains chilling words that demonstrate Hunter Biden’s ruthless nature and complete disregard for consequences. And to make matters worse, Joe Biden himself was reportedly in the room when this threat was communicated. It’s deeply troubling that the President’s own family is tied up in such disreputable affairs.
It’s about time the truth about Hunter Biden’s dealings comes to light. The attempt to suppress the whistleblowers and silence their voices only reinforces the need for a thorough investigation into the Biden family. We cannot let political connections shield them from accountability. The American people deserve transparency and justice, and it’s time for the DOJ to do its job without fear or favor.
