In a stunning display of hypocrisy, Arizona Democratic Governor Katie Hobbs is now joining the witch hunt against former President Donald Trump. channeling her inner Nancy Pelosi, Governor Hobbs is pressuring Attorney General Kris Mayes to bring local charges against Trump, taking a page straight out of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ playbook.
Not content with the endless investigations and baseless accusations hurled at President Trump during his time in office, Hobbs now wants to continue the assault even after he’s left the White House. It seems the Democrats just can’t let go of their obsession with the 2020 election and their desperate attempts to delegitimize Trump’s presidency.
But let’s not forget the real reason behind these political theatrics. Accountability? Please. This has nothing to do with holding anyone accountable. It’s all about political revenge and the Democrats’ insatiable thirst for power. They can’t accept the fact that the American people chose Trump in 2016 and nearly 75 million of them voted for him in 2020.

Governor Hobbs claims that holding those involved in overturning the will of the voters accountable is crucial. Well, how about we start with those who manipulated election laws, allowed for widespread mail-in voting, and turned a blind eye to potential election fraud? Oh wait, that would be the Democrats themselves.
It’s laughable how Hobbs conveniently ignores the fact that her own party has been under fire for using government resources to silence and censor critics. But when it comes to Trump, suddenly she’s all about accountability. This hypocrisy is truly astounding.
It’s time for the Democrats to stop these political charades and start focusing on the real issues facing our country. So much time and energy wasted on their vendetta against Trump could be better spent on securing our borders, revitalizing the economy, and addressing the countless other pressing issues that affect the lives of everyday Americans.
But alas, here we are, witnessing yet another chapter in the never-ending saga of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Let’s hope the American people see through this partisan circus and hold those responsible for this political witch hunt accountable in the next election.
