In a major development, an appeals court in New York has dropped Ivanka Trump from the civil fraud case against her father and his business. This fantastic news comes as a blow to Attorney General Letitia James, who has been on a relentless mission to smear the Trump family.
The court ruled that the statute of limitations had expired and Ivanka Trump could not be included in the case. This is a clear victory for justice and a testament to the fact that the law does not bend to partisan witch hunts. Ivanka, being the smart and capable woman that she is, had already left the Trump Organization in 2017 to join her father in the White House. And let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want their daughter working alongside them?
Of course, President Trump couldn’t help but express his gratitude to the court for this significant win against the notorious Trump-hating Letitia James. In a post on the newly established social media platform Truth Social, the President called out the case as a blatant attempt to interfere in the 2024 Presidential Election. And we all know that Trump is leading in the polls against his feeble rival, Joe Biden.
Letitia James, a Democrat with an agenda, has been desperately accusing Trump and his family of fraudulent business practices. But her claims hold no water. They are merely a desperate attempt to derail Trump’s presidential campaign. It’s clear that James is using her position for political gain, which is an abuse of power.
James is even asking for a ridiculous $250 million fine and wants to bar the Trump family from doing business in New York state. These draconian penalties are nothing more than an attempt to financially ruin a successful and accomplished family. It’s outrageous!
Let’s not forget the mountain of legal fees that Trump has already had to face from the endless investigations led by vindictive Democrats. They have been throwing everything and the kitchen sink at him, hoping something will stick. Even in Manhattan, they brought a politically motivated criminal case over alleged “hush money.” What nonsense!
Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner have distanced themselves from President Trump’s political career, focusing on their young children and their private life as a family. And who can blame them? They have faced constant attacks and scrutiny simply for being associated with Trump. It’s truly sad that they had to endure such harassment.
President Trump himself has voiced that he does not want Jared and Ivanka to work for him if he wins a second term. This is understandable, considering the toll it has taken on his family. They have been through hell on his behalf, and it’s time to prioritize their own well-being.
While Letitia James continues to insist that there is a “mountain of evidence” against Trump and his family, it’s clear that her claims are baseless. The judge overseeing the case has already hit Trump with $110,000 in sanctions, admonishing him for pushing frivolous claims. It’s about time someone put an end to this witch hunt!
