Judge Slams Biden, Protects Free Speech: Leftists Lose It!

Oh boy, buckle up folks! It seems like CNN and their liberal buddies are throwing a huge tantrum over a federal judge putting them in their place. Get this, a judge actually had the audacity to order the Biden administration to back off from pressuring social media companies to silence people they disagree with. Can you believe it? It’s like they’ve forgotten that pesky little thing called the First Amendment.

Now, this ruling is being hailed as a massive win for free speech advocates, and boy, does that make the leftists upset! Elie Honig, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the southern district of New York, is straight-up astonished. He’s crying about how this decision is a “conservative ideology,” like that’s a bad thing. Well, excuse us for actually valuing the Constitution, Mr. Honig!

This ruling has Honig all worked up because, according to him, it’s going to micromanage the interactions between the executive branch and social media giants. But let me tell you, we’ve seen these social media companies run wild with their power for far too long. It’s about time someone reined them in. Who’s going to police this, you ask? Well, let’s start with the Constitution and its protection of free speech. That’s a good place to start, don’t you think?

And get this, folks, the judge who made this ruling was none other than Terry A. Doughty, appointed by our beloved former President Donald Trump. You know, the one who had the audacity to actually nominate judges who respect the Constitution. That’s right, Judge Doughty was approved by the Senate in a 98-0 vote. So it’s clear that even the leftists had no problem with him back then. But now that he’s holding their precious little social media companies accountable, they’re throwing a tantrum. Typical.

This decision is gonna have some serious consequences for Big Tech’s censorship of viewpoints they don’t like. From Covid public health measures to allegations of voter fraud, they’ve been silencing anyone who dares to question the official line of the federal government. But no more! This ruling is a blow to their censorship agenda, and boy, am I lovin’ it.

Even the so-called defenders of the First Amendment, the American Civil Liberties Union, were silent about this ruling. Funny how they’re only defenders when it aligns with their liberal agenda, isn’t it? But you know who’s happy about this? Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the Democratic presidential candidate. He knows firsthand about being censored on social media platforms, and he’s thrilled that the injunction will put a stop to it. Maybe he’s starting to see the light and realizes that free speech is a fundamental right for everyone, regardless of their political beliefs.

So, folks, let’s celebrate this win for free speech. It’s about time someone stood up to the social media giants and their liberal allies.
