The biased and deceiving liberal media is at it again, folks! According to a recent Rasmussen Reports survey, it’s not just your grandpa who thinks the news is full of crock these days. Ten times as many likely voters are fed up and believe that media bias has hit rock bottom instead of soaring high like an eagle. And let’s face it, they’re not wrong.
The survey, which was casually shared with Secrets, which is presumably not full of secrets, spilled the tea that a whopping 60% of likely voters think that bias in the news has gotten even worse. That’s a 6% increase from last time Rasmussen asked. Only a measly 6% said things are getting better, and 30% are stuck in the middle, unsure if the news is more biased or they just haven’t been paying attention.

Now, this ain’t just a game of red vs. blue, folks. Even the Democrats, Republicans, and independents are holding hands and singing “Kumbaya” on this one. Well, not really, but they’re all in agreement that things are going downhill faster than a bobsled in the winter Olympics. The survey found that 44% of Democrats, 74% of Republicans, and 63% of independents all said, “Yep, the news is getting worse, y’all.”
But wait, there’s more! The disgust with the liberal media doesn’t stop there. When asked about the media’s coverage of the Biden administration, a whopping 65% of likely voters gave it a big, fat “meh” or worse. And only 30% said it’s been good to excellent. Yeah, that’s right, less than a third of people are buying what the liberal media is selling about ol’ Biden.
And let’s not forget about Hunter Biden and his scandals. When asked if the media have been giving enough coverage to his shenanigans, 51% said “Nope, not enough!” while only 24% said “Alright, folks, that’s enough Hunter for now.” And trust us, folks, you can never have enough Hunter Biden drama, are we right?
Now, here’s a little nugget for you: the survey found that those who adore President Joe Biden, like, really adore him, think the media is just peachy keen. Surprise, surprise! Sixty-one percent of Biden’s strong supporters think the media’s coverage of his administration is top-notch. But on the flip side, 77% of those who can’t stand Biden’s job performance give the media a big “F” for their coverage of his administration. It’s like a split in the matrix, folks.
