Shanna Thompson, a courageous and sane mother, stated her opposition to the woke educators and their deceitful allies at a September Kanawha County School Board meeting, providing yet another illustration of the transgender insanity that has infiltrated our educational system. Their past conduct suggests that humiliation may be beyond their capacity, despite the fact that her eloquent remarks ought to have instilled shame in the board members.
Females of any age should never have to put up with this outrageousness.

In regard to an incident that transpired at the educational institution in August, Thompson delivered his remarks. The incident was recounted to the board members by her daughter, Nila Thompson. "An almost adult male" was standing in the changing room of Nila's high school dance class, observing as other biological females stripped, Nila recalled. Shanna approached the school principal after Nila disclosed the incident to her mother; she received a "gravely disappointing" response.

The principal reportedly informed Nila and the other students that they could use the unoccupied men's locker room if any female felt uneasy changing in the women's locker room. Nila's right to identify as female is violated by this absurd solution, which also fails to safeguard the comfort and privacy of the female pupils.
After criticizing the school's response to the incident, Shanna Thompson continued her remarks. A constitutional and legal lesson was also delivered to the board by her. She noted that the executive order issued by President Joe Biden, which appeared to revise Title IX by including sexual orientation and gender identity as protected characteristics, is not legally binding. Laws are only ratified by Congress. Thompson further emphasised that the vast majority of adolescents who experience gender dysphoria ultimately develop an understanding of their biological reality.
Thompson raised concerns regarding the potential legal ramifications that could result from the school board's procedure of confirming the gender identity of each student. She is not incorrect. Legal actions against those responsible for coercing minors to undergo gender-transition procedures have already begun. A luminous instance of how parents can employ legal and constitutional reasoning to contest the detrimental transgender ideology being propagated in schools, Thompson's address to the school board is a model of sound judgment.
Parents are obligated to assert their legal and constitutional rights in an era where school boards and administrations are primarily comprised of woke ideologues and their spineless enablers. For this purpose, Shanna Thompson has instructed parents nationwide. Consider applying legal recourse if school administrators refuse to heed moral appeals; this is a strategy Thompson suggests.
