SCOTUS Denies Trump’s Request To Block J6 Committee From His Tax Returns

The Supreme Court denied former President Donald Trump's request to stop the House Ways and Means Committee, which is investigating his tax returns, from examining them.

The IRS has been investigating the financial records of President Donald Trump's various businesses and entities for the past six years. Trump asked to stop the investigation.

A panel of the District of Columbia's Circuit Court ruled on Oct. 27 that Trump's request to keep the committee from examining his tax returns was denied.
