In a major shake-up at Fox News, the departure of host Tucker Carlson has sent shockwaves through the network and its viewership has taken a significant dip. With half of the 3 million viewers who tuned in nightly to the 8 p.m. hour missing, the future of the network looked bleak. However, Carlson’s new venture is quickly gaining popularity, with even former Fox News employees flocking to work with the conservative icon. In fact, all nine of the remaining Fox News employees on Carlson’s old show have been terminated, according to biographer Chadwick Moore’s latest reports.

The loss of Carlson has also caused dissension among his former guests, with many refusing to appear on Fox News. The impact of Carlson’s exit on the network can’t be ignored, and there seems to be no way around the fact that he was the network’s #1 host. Even Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott has admitted that the network needs to debut a “new lineup” in order to ensure it can maintain its position as America’s destination for news and analysis.
While Scott insists that the new lineup will feature “unrivaled coverage” from Fox’s “best-in-class team,” it’s clear that the network is relying heavily on its remaining hosts to carry the load. Laura Ingraham, Jesse Watters, Sean Hannity, and Greg Gutfeld will all play major roles in the new lineup, with each of them filling a prime-time slot. While the decision to move them around may be a strategic one, it’s clear that Fox News is struggling to fill the void that Carlson left.
In spite of this, the conservative movement remains strong and the future looks bright for Carlson’s new venture. According to Moore, even the based chyron guy Alex McCaskill, a former producer for “Tucker Carlson Tonight” who was fired by Fox News for labeling President Biden as a “wannabe dictator” will soon be working with Carlson again. And with a growing number of former Fox News employees joining the charismatic host’s team, the network’s loss is Carlson’s gain. The conservative movement continues to grow stronger with each passing day – and with Carlson leading the charge, there’s no end in sight to its dominance.
