The close acquaintance of Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, is scheduled to testify before the House Oversight Committee. Archer is about to disclose the beans on all the times he observed Hunter bringing his father into meetings or calling him to add drama to his conversations with wealthy corporate figures. It appears that Daddy Biden was the "gravitas-on-demand" for these international associates who paid a premium for his influential connections in Washington.
If this doesn't raise some suspicions, I don't know what will. It's high time that the American public learns all the salacious details about how Hunter Biden abused his father's position and how Joe acquiesced. James Comer, the chair of the House Oversight Committee, is aware of the situation and has issued a subpoena for Archer. Comer deserves praise for delving deeply and revealing the truth.
Archer's testimony is anticipated to be explosive. He will divulge confidential details about high-level meetings between Hunter and his business associates, such as those at Burisma Holdings – you know, the Ukrainian energy company that paid Hunter $83,000 per month for "advice" on American policy. Coincidence? I doubt it!
And let us not forget Hunter's dubious encounter with Vadym Pozharskyi and Mykola Zlochevsky at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort in Dubai. A few months ago, the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine called Zlochevsky out for his corruption and cronyism. Nevertheless, there they were, schmoozing with the Vice President's son. What about dubious relationships!
Hunter had the audacity to introduce his friends to his father during that encounter, effectively requesting support. And what did Vice President Biden do at the time? He responded with ambiguous compliments and spoke of the need to "support" one another. Um… hello? Can we obtain some clarification? What type of assistance are we discussing? Support for the dubious enterprises of the Biden family?
To make matters even murkier, less than a year later, Biden threatened to withhold $1 billion in economic aid to Ukraine if the Ukrainian Prosecutor General, who was investigating Burisma, was not dismissed. Biden did not hesitate to boast about it either. He described his "son of a whore" incident at the Council on Foreign Relations with pride. Moreover, guess what? The attorney was dismissed. Coincidence? Doubt it.
We have emails directly from Hunter Biden's laptop that confirm Burisma officials were pressuring him to use his influence to end the investigation. As if to say, "Hey, Hunter, remember that $83,000 per month? It is time to work for it!" This is crystal obvious, folks. Corruption at its highest level.
All these recent revelations regarding Hunter Biden's shady business dealings are gaining momentum. It is not surprising that he pleaded guilty to tax fraud and unlawful possession of firearms. However, hang on! President Biden would like everyone to believe he was unaware of his son's misdeeds. Honestly, Joe? Are we to believe that you were wholly unaware of this nonsense while it was occurring? We need a vacation!
Controversies involving the Biden family raise grave concerns about the integrity of this administration. It is necessary for Congress to investigate the extent of their involvement in these questionable dealings. Let's investigate this debacle and hold everyone accountable.
