The border crisis continues to get worse. According to reports, officers in Chicago have been sexually assaulting immigrants and illegal aliens who were staying in police stations.
The investigation is focused on the Ogden District. We do not know the exact number of officers involved, as well as their current status. The city officials are keeping an eye on it, and they're concerned about the well-being and safety of the newcomers and residents.
It should be noted that this isn't the first time that the government's negligence has led to the mistreatment of minors. Last year, it was revealed that the HHS was holding unaccompanied minors, and the media conveniently swept this under the rug. Now, it seems that more horror stories are emerging.

According to documents from the Office of Refugee resettlement, there were 33 cases of sexual abuse against minors apprehended at the US-Mexico border. The incident reportedly happened right after Biden took office, and he immediately reversed Trump's immigration policies.
It's heartbreaking to think about how these kids have been abused. Then, we hear about the allegations of police officers in Chicago sexually assaulting immigrants. It's clear that the efforts of the Biden administration to protect these kids are not being carried out properly.
The investigation being conducted into the Chicago police department is just one example of the government's failure to address the border crisis. The White House needs to implement reforms to ensure the protection of minors in custody.
In addition to the allegations against police officers, the situation involving immigrants in federal custody is also indicative of the country's immigration system's failure. While it's not the fault of Biden, his lackluster response to the border crisis has allowed these issues to occur. Congress and the administration should step in and protect these individuals.
The image of immigrant children being abused is a grim reminder of the failures of the Biden administration. We must act to fix these systemic issues and provide them with the protection and care they require. Unfortunately, the way this situation has played out suggests that the White House is more concerned with politics than actually addressing the issue.
