In a recent interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Mitch Landrieu, co-chair of the Biden campaign, was asked about the President’s mental fitness. And let me tell you, folks, his answer was a real doozy!

Landrieu boldly declared that any doubts or questions about Biden’s mental acuity wouldn’t make him rethink his support for the President. Well, isn’t that just swell? It’s nice to see someone so blindly loyal that they’re willing to ignore the obvious signs of cognitive decline.
But hey, who needs a President who can remember his own name or speak in complete sentences? Certainly not the Biden campaign! They’re perfectly content with having a Commander-in-Chief who can’t string two thoughts together without stumbling over his words.
Now, let’s not forget, this is the same Joe Biden who sometimes forgets what state he’s in or who he’s talking to. But according to Landrieu, that’s not a problem at all! We should all just turn a blind eye to the fact that our President might not be all there mentally.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I expect a little more from the leader of the free world. I want a President who can make sound decisions and articulate coherent thoughts. But I guess that’s just asking too much in the Biden era.
So, there you have it, folks. Mitch Landrieu doesn’t care about the President’s mental fitness. And apparently, neither does the Biden campaign. It’s a sad state of affairs, my friends. But hey, at least we can always count on a good laugh whenever Biden opens his mouth.
