Let’s take a look at Wandrea “Shay” Moss, an election worker from Georgia who had the unfortunate experience of being on the receiving end of Rudy Giuliani’s spicy claims. According to “Shay,” life as she knew it has been turned upside down, and not in a fun, rollercoaster kind of way. Oh no, folks, this is serious! She’s been getting some not-so-friendly messages from concerned citizens, so concerned in fact, that they’ve been threatening her life! Yikes, talk about aggressive election opinions!

The drama doesn’t stop there, folks! We’ve got Ruby Freeman, “Shay’s” mom, joining the party. They’re suing Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor and ex-lawyer of the man, the myth, the legend himself, Donald J. Trump. According to “Shay” and her mama bear, Giuliani’s been telling fibs that they made up a whole story about a water main break and brought in some fishy suitcases full of ballots. It’s like a soap opera, but with more political intrigue and less dramatic pauses!
But wait, there’s more! “Shay” and her momma are asking for a cool $43 million in damages. That’s right, you heard correctly, $43 million! And that’s not even including the potential punitive damages, which could add even more zeros to that figure. I’m starting to feel like I’m at a Hollywood movie premiere, and the tension is building!
Now, to add some more spice to the mix, Giuliani, the man of the hour, decided not to play ball and settle the case like a reasonable adult. Nope, he’s taking his chances in court, and let me tell you, it’s not looking too good for him. The judge is not amused, folks. Not amused at all. She’s questioning his data loss claims and even hit him with a default judgment. Ouch, that’s got to sting!
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any more dramatic, Giuliani’s out here telling the press that he stands by his statements! Can you believe it? Even the judge is giving him the side-eye. I can already see the cliffhanger ending to this courtroom showdown, and let me tell you, it’s going to be a doozy!
