That’s right, the woman who accused then-Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh of groping her at a party back in 1982 is releasing a memoir. Can you believe it? This memoir, called “One Way Back,” is set to hit the shelves on March 19, and you’ll never guess what it’s about—yep, you guessed it, her allegations against Kavanaugh. According to Ford, Kavanaugh was all hands at a little shindig in Maryland way back when. Of course, ole Brett denied the whole thing, and can you blame him? Who wants to be known as the party pooper who ruined a potential Supreme Court justice’s career?
The best (or worst, depending on how you look at it) part of Ford’s book apparently focuses on her struggle to get her story out without inviting any pesky consequences for herself and her family. Gotta give her credit, she’s got a knack for spinning a yarn! The book also promises some juicy new details about the lead-up to her dramatic testimony, along with all the drama that followed. It’s like a soap opera, but with less believable plotlines!
And get this, folks—Ford says that if Kavanaugh had just said sorry for whatever she claims went down, she might have forgiven and forgotten. But nope, he stuck to his guns and denied everything, so it looks like she’s not letting him off the hook that easily. Can you believe the nerve of some people?
