The Iowa caucuses are here, folks, and it seems like former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is gaining some ground! A recent poll shows that her position has improved, which is great news for her! But hold on to your hats, because there’s a twist. The poll also revealed something interesting about her supporters in Iowa. Brace yourselves, conservatives, because it turns out that most of them would actually vote for our dear President Joe Biden if Donald Trump became the Republican nominee. Can you believe it?
Now, as a red-blooded Republican, this raises some eyebrows. I mean, come on, people! We’re talking about Donald Trump, the man who defended our values, fought for our borders, and made America great again! But here’s Haley’s crew, thinking it’s nearly impossible for Trump to beat Biden, citing his legal challenges. It’s like they’ve lost faith! In fact, only 23% of her supporters say they’d still vote for Trump in a head-to-head matchup with Sleepy Joe, while a whopping 43% would jump ship and vote for Biden.

And get this, there’s even a chunk of her supporters, 23% to be exact, who would rather support a third-party candidate. I mean, seriously? We already have two fantastic options with Trump and Biden, and they want to go for a third wheel? It’s mind-boggling, folks.
But don’t get too caught up in all this Haley hype. Sure, she might be inching her way into second place in the polls, surpassing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. But let’s not forget who stole the show here, folks. It’s none other than our beloved Donald Trump! He’s the one who brought the Republican Party together, shook up the establishment, and fought for real conservative values. And let me tell you, the majority of the Republican base is not looking for another moderate candidate like Haley.
Now, I’m not one to dismiss anyone’s rising popularity, but let’s face the reality, conservatives. Haley’s chances of defeating Trump are slim to none. Unless some major catastrophe comes crashing down from Trump’s so-called legal issues, the GOP nomination race continues to be Trump’s to lose. And frankly, I don’t see that happening.
So, Haley may be winning over some NeverTrump moderates who long for the good old days before Trump, but let’s not forget the impact he’s had on Republican politics. We need a strong leader who will continue the fight for our conservative values. And that, my friends, is why Trump remains the ultimate choice for true conservatives. So, sorry Haley, but you’ve got a long way to go before you can even dream of taking down the great Donald J. Trump.
