Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA) once again demonstrated his tenacity in Congress by publicly criticizing his colleagues for persistently spreading false information and conspiracy theories regarding the Mueller Report. During Special Counsel John Durham's testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, Kiley seized the occasion to attack Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Eric Swalwell (D-CA), Ted Lieu (D-CA), and Jerry Nadler (D-NY) for their misleading statements.

Despite the conclusion of Durham's investigation into the Crossfire Hurricane investigation that there was no evidence of collusion between Russia and former President Donald Trump, Democratic representatives continued to propagate the discredited conspiracy theory. Kiley refused to absolve them of responsibility. Durham confirmed the fact that Schiff, Nadler, Lieu, and Swalwell have made statements that explicitly contradict the conclusions of the Mueller report.

Kiley did not hesitate to expose the temerity of his coworkers. He criticized Nadler and Lieu for their false assertions and mocked Swalwell for claiming that there was "strong evidence of collusion." Kiley's willingness to confront Durham's repeated falsehoods while his testimony was being broadcast live to the American people was a gratifying moment for many conservatives. Kiley, despite being a rare California representative, is unquestionably a valuable asset in Congress, cherished by the state's electorate.
