More Dirt Unearthed: Hunter Biden’s FARA Violations Exposed!

Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, finds himself in hot water once again. A judge overseeing his plea deal raised serious questions about a document that attempted to hide near-global immunity for Hunter. This revelation caused his lawyers to change course and plead not guilty. It seems like Hunter thought he could get away with a sweetheart deal, but now he’s facing the consequences.

But that’s not all. New evidence has emerged suggesting that Hunter Biden violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). He worked closely with individuals who disclosed their lobbying for foreign companies, and it raises the question of whether he should have registered himself for the same work. Emails also show that Hunter lobbied U.S. officials for work that would trigger the FARA requirements.

What’s even more alarming is the inconsistency in the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) enforcement of FARA. While individuals like Gal Luft have been charged with FARA violations, Hunter Biden, who made even more money from the same activities, has yet to face any charges. It seems like the DOJ’s standards depend on who the person involved is. And it’s not just China; there is reason to believe Hunter also lobbied for the Libyan government without registering as a foreign agent.

The question now is: what will the DOJ do with all this information? Unfortunately, given the current posture of Attorney General Merrick Garland, it’s unlikely they will take significant action against Hunter Biden. This would be a terrible look for the department. It seems like the DOJ doesn’t care about appearances anymore and is willing to give Hunter Biden a free pass.

It’s a frustrating situation for conservatives who want to see equal justice under the law. While Hunter Biden’s legal troubles are piling up, it remains to be seen if he will ever face any real consequences for his actions. One thing is clear, though: the DOJ needs to start caring about appearances and start enforcing the law without favoritism.
