The liberal loons over at MSNBC are already losing their minds over the upcoming Republican primary debate. Jose Diaz-Balart, who apparently thinks he’s some kind of expert on all things “woke,” decided to give viewers a little preview of what to expect from the candidates. Spoiler alert: it’s all going to be a bunch of nonsense, according to MSNBC.
Diaz-Balart went on a whole tangent about how the word “woke” means different things to different people. Well, no kidding! It’s just another one of those ridiculous buzzwords that the left loves to throw around to virtue signal and feel morally superior. But apparently, MSNBC thinks it’s a topic worthy of in-depth analysis.
Then they bring in Trymaine Lee, an MSNBC correspondent who thinks he’s some kind of woke guru. Lee starts blabbering about how “woke” used to be a term to stay aware and vigilant, but now it’s been taken over by those evil conservatives. Seriously? Can they get any more desperate to demonize Republicans?
Of course, Lee conveniently leaves out the fact that conservatives have been using the term to mock the left’s excessive political correctness and virtue signaling. But that doesn’t fit their agenda, so why bother with the truth?
Instead, Lee plays a compilation of Republican candidates using the word “woke” in public remarks. And guess what? According to Lee, using the word “woke” is practically the same as using a racial slur. Give me a break! These people are so hypersensitive and easily offended that it’s become comical.
It’s no surprise that the left-leaning mainstream media is already starting to set the stage for their usual biased coverage of the debate. They’re terrified of any Republican who dares to challenge their precious woke narrative. But fear not, conservatives! Townhall will be here to provide you with the real story and unbiased coverage of the debate. Don’t bother wasting your time with the liberal loons at MSNBC, who just can’t handle any opinions that don’t align with their own narrow worldview.
