Sen. Fetterman Backs Romney for Harvard Presidency Amid Controversies

Sen. Fetterman, a Democrat from Pennsylvania, might have gone over to the dark side, folks! The senator decided to throw his support behind none other than the exiting Sen. Mitt Romney from Utah to become the next president of Harvard. That’s right, the same Harvard that’s been knee-deep in controversy lately, with their interim president and all that plagiarism drama.

Fetterman, a Harvard alum, didn’t just pull this idea out of thin air. He highlighted an op-ed from the Washington Post where another Harvard grad, Daniel Rosen, who claims to be a “lifelong Democrat,” also endorsed Romney to take the reins at the prestigious university. And why? Because they want someone who can shake things up, fight against all that antisemitism, and reform the lefty leanings that have taken over the campus.

Fetterman’s support for Romney isn’t sitting well with some folks, especially those who can’t stand anyone being pro-Israel. But hey, Fetterman isn’t the first senator to jump ship to a university presidency, and he probably won’t be the last. So, could we see Mitt Romney, the Harvard grad and retiring senator, taking on this new gig? The Washington Examiner tried to get a comment from Romney’s office, but no luck yet.
