Rainbows are taking over Utah, and it’s not just because of the natural beauty of the state. A recent visitor from California discovered that Utah has become a hotbed of “pride,” with neighbors competing to outdo each other with their rainbow displays. While other parts of the country still proudly fly the American flag, in Utah, it’s all about the rainbow.

In one suburb of Salt Lake City, the visitor noticed rainbow flags and signs everywhere, with many residents proudly wearing rainbow ribbons. It seems that in Utah, you must wear the rainbow if you want to fit in. The visitor remarked that the rainbow flags were even outnumbering American flags in some neighborhoods.
This obsession with rainbows is just another example of the left-wing virtue signaling that has been overtaking the country. People now feel obligated to display their support for every trendy cause, no matter how ridiculous it might seem. In Utah, it’s all about “pride,” with residents showing off their commitment to the LGBTQ+ cause.
What happened to good old-fashioned American values? In other parts of the country, people still understand the importance of the American flag and what it stands for. But in Utah, it seems, the rainbow is the new symbol of patriotism.
The visitor noted that their son’s house did not display a rainbow flag, but there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s refreshing to see someone who isn’t swayed by the latest fad or peer pressure. Let’s hope more Americans will follow suit and start standing up for what they believe in, regardless of what their neighbors might think.
