The Biden administration strikes again, folks! This time, they’ve gone too far with their anti-gun agenda. The “National Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center” is their latest scheme to trample on our Constitution and infringe on our Second Amendment rights. As a conservative news writer, let’s break it down.

Let’s start with Vice President Kamala Harris proudly promoting this center as a way to “keep guns out of the hands of people who pose a threat.” Sounds noble, right? Wrong! Congress never actually gave the green light for creating this federal red flag center. The Biden administration is twisting the law like a pretzel to fit their anti-gun narrative.
And don’t get me started on these so-called “red flag laws.” They’re a disaster waiting to happen. Activist judges and grudge-holders could easily abuse these laws to strip law-abiding citizens of their rights without due process. It’s like the Wild West out there, but instead of cowboys, we have power-hungry bureaucrats.
Dr. John R. Lott Jr. and Rep. Thomas Massie hit the nail on the head. This center is a direct attack on our justice system and the rule of law. The Biden administration is playing fast and loose with our rights, but hey, what else is new?
Now, here’s the kicker. Once these federal institutions are set up, they’re harder to kill than a zombie in a horror movie. It will be up to the next president to clean up this mess. Let’s hope they have the guts to stand up for our liberties and put an end to this government overreach once and for all.
