Trump Legal Team Fights Back: Exposing Dem Activist Prosecutor’s Bias and Misconduct!

President Trump’s legal team is confident that they will be able to clear their client’s name of any wrongdoing in the federal case against him. Alina Habba, the attorney leading the charge, plans to launch a series of depositions that will call upon witnesses to testify that President Trump is innocent on all 37 counts of mishandling classified documents and obstruction of justice.

In an interview with conservative news outlet Breitbart, Habba noted that her team needs a fair opportunity to depose people and see their answers to some of the things they have questions about. For example, why they were asked to shut off cameras during the raid on Mar-a-Lago. Habba also pointed out how Special Counsel Jack Smith is a known Democrat activist and may have prejudicial bias against President Trump.

President Trump’s legal team plans to argue prosecutorial misconduct related to the abuse of his attorney-client privileges, as well as witness tampering. Habba also mentioned that they will bring up the Presidential Records Act and Trump’s ability to declassify documents as President in response to charges that he threatened national security under the 1917 Espionage Act.

During a speech outside his Bedminster, New Jersey residence following his arraignment in Miami, President Trump accused Smith of “political hit jobs” in the past and pointed to the prosecutor’s failed cases against former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell and former U.S. Senator John Edwards.

Habba added that she is aware federal prosecutors are listening to everything she says but remains confident that there will be an explanation for everything. She believes the idea that President Trump was trying to flee with boxes of classified documents is ridiculous and a complete fabrication. As part of pre-trial discovery proceedings, Habba and her team will likely have the chance to cross-examine members of the FBI who participated in the raid on Mar-a-Lago.

Ultimately, how the case against President Trump plays out will be determined by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee who is overseeing the case. The President’s legal team is optimistic that justice will prevail and their client will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
