In a devious attempt to smear Robinson’s reputation, the DNC circulated a video clip taken completely out of context, trying to paint him as someone who wants to deny women the right to vote. But let’s dig deeper into the facts here, folks.
Robinson’s full remarks clearly show that he was actually praising the Republican party for championing social change, including the passage of the 19th Amendment that granted women the right to vote. It’s crystal clear that Robinson was not advocating for a return to a time when women couldn’t vote, but rather highlighting the historical contributions of Republicans to securing women’s suffrage.
The left-wing media, including HuffPost and CNN, shamelessly twisted Robinson’s words to fit their agenda of demonizing conservatives. Their blatant disregard for the truth and their eagerness to push a false narrative is truly despicable. It’s no surprise that these so-called journalists would stoop so low to try and discredit a Republican candidate like Robinson.
Robinson’s campaign spokesman rightly called out the DNC’s hit piece as a pack of lies. It’s a shame that instead of focusing on real issues like the economy, education, and public safety, the Democrats choose to engage in dirty political games. But hey, when you’re devoid of any substantial policies or accomplishments, I guess baseless attacks are all they have left in their playbook.
