Hunter Biden, the trouble-making son of President Joe Biden, faced a major setback in court as a federal judge just said, “Denied!” to his attempt to dodge tax evasion charges. That’s right, folks, it looks like Hunter might finally have to face the music for his alleged financial shenanigans.

Department of Justice Special Counsel David Weiss is not messing around, as he’s not only going after Hunter for tax troubles but also throwing felony gun charges into the mix. It seems like Hunter just can’t catch a break. But hey, when you play with fire, you’re gonna get burned!
Hunter’s lawyers tried every trick in the book to get the charges dismissed, arguing about prior plea agreements, claiming the whole thing was politically motivated, and even pulling the old “constitutional violation” card. But Judge Mark Scarsi wasn’t having any of it, shutting down Hunter’s excuses faster than you can say “conflict of interest.”
In a twist that will surely make liberals squirm, Judge Scarsi, a Trump appointee, laid down the law and made it clear that Hunter’s alleged tax troubles go way beyond just a simple oopsie during the pandemic. It seems like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to Biden family drama, doesn’t it?
