Mark Levin, a Fox News host, criticized the indictment of Donald Trump, calling it an act of election interference and an insurrection. He spoke out against the Democratic Party's attempt to take over the country during an appearance on "Hannity," Thursday.
Addressing the topic, Levin noted that Trump is 76 years old. If the Department of Justice proceeds with its plan to send him to prison, he will die. He also stated that only one of the charges against him carries a maximum sentence of 20 years.
Levin claims that the Democrats used the FBI and the Department of Justice to get what they wanted, which was a one-party system. He also claims that the situation is a war between the Republicans and the Democrats.

He claims that the various charges against Trump are the result of the investigation against him, and there is no proof of misconduct.
According to Levin, the decision to meddle in the election was made, and that was what he considered to be an insurrection. He then referred to Joe Biden as the "crookest" individual to serve in the White House, and he stated that the situation is an example of a war between the Republican Party and Trump.
